These new technologies now allow much more economical and scalable solutions to be implemented than were available in the past.

Rieck Services launches iPort Facility Maintenance Management System

Rieck Services has launched the latest generation of the iPort facility maintenance management system. This new generation is currently in use by Grandview and Southview Hospitals. iPort now has improved work management features such as new communication tools. Additionally, the creation of work orders and planned maintenance schedules have been streamlined and simplified.

iPort’s goal is to provide a low cost, easy to implement online system that will help facility managers manage their internal and external maintenance staffs more effectively.

Rieck builds continuing relationship through comprehensive services

After CareSource Management Group decided to build a new $55 million headquarters in downtown Dayton, Ohio, the highly-anticipated project began with the Dayton-Montgomery County Port Authority evaluating several proposals from potential construction managers. Rieck Services assisted Messer with developing their initial design concept by providing HVAC and Plumbing engineering services.

Rieck builds trust through consistency, timeliness

Shortly after Speedway SuperAmerica LLC opened up its new headquarters in Enon, Ohio, Rieck Services was contracted to maintain its HVAC and mechanical equipment. The two companies came together in 1995 to develop the Planned Maintenance agreement for the 135,000 square foot headquarters. In 1999, Rieck’s duties expanded to maintain the new 40,000 square foot building constructed adjacent to the original complex.
