After CareSource Management Group decided to build a new $55 million headquarters in downtown Dayton, Ohio, the highly-anticipated project began with the Dayton-Montgomery County Port Authority evaluating several proposals from potential construction managers. Rieck Services assisted Messer with developing their initial design concept by providing HVAC and Plumbing engineering services.

Shortly after Speedway SuperAmerica LLC opened up its new headquarters in Enon, Ohio, Rieck Services was contracted to maintain its HVAC and mechanical equipment. The two companies came together in 1995 to develop the Planned Maintenance agreement for the 135,000 square foot headquarters. In 1999, Rieck’s duties expanded to maintain the new 40,000 square foot building constructed adjacent to the original complex.

For years, Rieck Services has had a reputation for knowledge of the HVAC industry, including knowledge of ductwork and sheet metal. One of the reasons is because Rieck’s workers dedicate themselves to the highest level of service and craftsmanship.

In 1986, Dayton Power and Light (DP&L) broke ground on a premier facility that would become its office headquarters in Dayton, Ohio. The MacGregor Park campus was ahead of its time. Rieck Services installed a geothermal heat pump system supplemented by two chillers and two boilers that provide the heating and cooling needs.

Since starting business in 1892, Rieck Services has been known as a best-in-class mechanical contractor serving the greater Dayton area. During a recent project for Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Rieck once again demonstrated why they are recognized as one of the premier contractors in the area.
