The Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA) is an ideal choice for a customer who has equipment still under warranty, and/or has the knowledge to make informed HVAC maintenance decisions. A PMA is focused on a scheduled maintenance program that improves the reliability, efficiency, and longevity of HVAC systems. Rieck’s Planned Maintenance Agreements reduce the operational cost of HVAC systems, and help protect our customer’s capital investments.
The Full Service Agreement (FSA) is ideal for customers whose equipment is out of warranty, want assistance in making cost effective HVAC maintenance decisions, or want to reduce financial exposure. The FSA includes all the services provided under a Planned Maintenance Agreement, and additionally will cover the repair cost of keeping your HVAC systems operating. Full Service Agreements transfer much of the management responsibility and financial risk to Rieck Services, so your company can focus on what it does best.
